Refund Policy

1. There are no refunds after a deposit was made. There is no way to reverse it.
2. You must use your balance to execute orders on ExitoSMM.
3. You agree to the fact that once a payment is completed, you will not open dispute or a chargeback against ExitoSMM.
4. If you file a dispute or chargeback,we reserve rights to cancel your all future orders,ban you from ExitoSMM and remove all social media services deliveredto you.
5. We will not allow fraudulent activity such as stolen credit cards, unauthorized activity on our website and such accounts will be suspended.

7. There are no refunds for completed orders.
8. Beware of impersonators asking for payments out of the panel. Only use ExitoSMM dashboard to make payments. ExitoSMM does not hold the account for actions done by them.
9. If you are placing duplicate link while 1 is already in process then it'll be your loss , as they will overlap the numbers and there's no refunds for such orders will be made!
10. Any order in which our support team is not able to check the counts i.e services like story views , live views etc.. will be requiring screenshot for refund/refill.

2. It is your sole responsibility to comply with I G rules and any legislation that you are subject to. You use ExitoSMM at your own risk.
3. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences. We are not to blame if your I G account is banned for any reason.
4. We require your I G username to obtain required information for the I G API. We do not store, give away, or otherwise distribute your username to any third parties.
5. The expected number of followers, likes, and views is not guaranteed to you in any way.
6. We can’t guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the services.
7. It is the sole responsibility of the customers to ensure their accounts are set to “public” during their use of the ExitoSMM service. Any downtime of service in relation to a client changing their profile to “private” will not result in any payment reimbursement for that period of time.
8. You agree that upon purchasing our service, that you clearly understand and agree on what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
9. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the whole or any part of our service or any of its content at any time without notice and without incurring any liability.

We keep your privacy safe and do not publish or sell your information to any other companies. We only take details such as email, usernames only for complete orders!
